Two Bosnian Waterfalls, Unalike in Dignity
On Sunday, it was time for us to leave Sarajevo and drive back to Dubrovnik to return our rental car. We once again embarked on a six hour road trip, which took us through mountain after stunning Bosnian mountain.

But we figured, since we had all day to get back, that it wouldn’t hurt to take a small detour to see some waterfalls. I plugged “waterfalls” into Google Maps, and the Koćuša Waterfall showed up, adding an hour total to our itinerary. “That must be the one”, I thought, so I selected it as our destination.
And here it is: the Koćuša Waterfall!

It was… well, I mean, it was pretty and all. But it wasn’t as cool as the pictures I had seen before. Oh well. There was a restaurant near the waterfall, so we decided it was worth the detour for the tasty lunch.

As we got back in the car and continued our journey, I still had the nagging feeling that there were more badass waterfalls to be seen. So I googled “waterfall” again. This time, the Kravica Waterfall came up, about 20 minutes away from Koćuša. So we went to that one, and…

Ah, yep. I had confused Kravica with Koćuša. A rookie mistake!

Kravica was extremely worth visiting. Even if it meant that James had to put the pedal to the metal for us to return the rental car on time.

And that concludes not only our time in Bosnia, but all of the Balkans! Definitely a tour for the books.
I leave you with one last Slavic cat photo.
